Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellation, non-attendance or the rescheduling of a booking with less than 24 hours notice before the lesson start time will forfeit the full fee of the lesson. A cancellation does not automatically refund payment of products or services. Any amount not subject to the cancellation fee, is credited towards your account balance at Next Step P. Refund Policy Monies paid toward a service or package are not refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid will be credited toward future services.
